| Cancellation | The advance is to be considered as a penitential down payment (ex art. 1386 of the Civil Code) and therefore in the case of the withdrawal of this contract the lessor will retain the attendant sum if the withdrawal occurs until 30 days before the stay starts; if the lessee backs out of the contract after this deadline the following penalties will be debited, estimated under the sum total of the tenancy: from 29 days to 15 days before the stay starts he is obliged to pay 50% of the rent, from 14 days before the stay starts the 95% of the rent will be retained; No payment will be granted to whomever won’t be present at the moment of the flat occupation or to whomever will renounce while the location is taking place, to whomever delays off or interrupts the stay. |
