- Da Bari autostrada A14, uscita Bari Sud dopo 1 km prendere la "superstrada del sole" Bari-Brindisi-Lecce. Prima di entrare a Lecce prendere la superstrada per Gallipoli. Dopo Gallipoli uscita per Matino. Proseguire oltrepassando Parabita.

- Aereoporto di Brindisi (autobus ogni ora per la stazione ferroviaria di Brindisi.
In treno:
- Dalla stazione ferroviaria di Lecce prendere il treno delle Ferrovie Sud-Est per Matino.
