"Mulinoa Vento" is immersed in the typical Salento, among olive trees and green, unspoiled. Our village is named after an old mill hypogeum or "Trappeto", located on the farm and built around the seventeenth century, digging in the bench tuffaceous cavity, used to the different features that characterize the stages of the production cycle of olive oil .
